Rafael Sarabia has served the Boulder City community as a volunteer mounted rider since 2016, riding with the Boulder City Police Department Mounted Unit until its disbandment in April 2025. Throughout his years of service, Rafael developed strong horsemanship skills and a deep commitment to safe, responsible mounted representation in public settings.
